So Mrs doesn’t drink and we were looking at boobs cruise. Is it worth it if you are shy and do t want to take your top off and not drink as well?

Ummmm seems like maybe the Boob's Cruise would be a bit much for her if she's shy. She can keep her top on and not drink fairly easily. The boobs cruise is definitely not for the person that wants to just go on a nice cruise around Cancun. It can get pretty wild depending on who's on the boat that day. It's as much fun as you want it to be though!

we were looking forward to this trip for a long time, but now we really are looking forward to an escape. Fingers are crossed! The upside is we were able to extend the trip because the rates changed and we were like WHY NOT make it a longer stay!!! =-)

We are still fighting with our 3rd party site to get our refund from April. We had hoped for June. Would be nice to see you guys!

that’s awful that you still haven't got a refund or atleast a credit from your April trip , hope you get it soon and are able to get down there for June

So what happens after Sept. 30,2020 with these airlines vouchers if the airlines decides not to honor them or goes bankrupt ?

By Cailey Rizzo
(The funds will protect employee pay through Sept. 30, 2020. )
Treasury Secretary Steven T. Mnuchin confirmed in a statement on Tuesday that Alaska Airlines, Allegiant Air, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Frontier Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, JetBlue Airways, United Airlines, SkyWest Airlines and Southwest Airlines intend to participate in the Payroll Support Program.
“This agreement will fully support airline industry workers, preserve the vital role airlines play in our economy and protect taxpayers,” President Trump said at a White House press conference Tuesday. “Our airlines now are in good shape and they will get over a very tough period of time that was not caused by them.”
The airline bailout is part of a government $2.2 trillion economic relief package, called the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act).

Airlines will receive $25 billion in payroll support and another $25 billion in loans will be distributed to passenger airlines and $10 billion in grants and loans will go to cargo airlines and aviation contractors.
Airline who that accept the allotted funds in the package meant for employees are prohibited to make staff or pay cuts Sept. 30, 2020, at which point the airlines hopes demand for travel will be back up.

got this off of CancunCares ( just to let everyone know )
Steve

Well, it's looking like a June 10 reopening date.

Reopening Date for Cancun, Quintana Roo Region Now Delayed

The article above published today is a highly regarded Travel site owned by a real company with $40 Million annual revenue (not an Instagram wannabe blogger) and also quotes the CEO of Original Resorts.

Further validation is the fact that all dates June 1-9 inclusive are marked as sold out on the hotel's website, with availability only from 10th onwards.

I'd say this is pretty much definitive. But the hotel have not yet changed their advisory on their site, so can only be confirmed 100% when they do.

Looks as if we are going to have to rebook. Traci will have to stay at home after vacation for nearly 3 weeks after our return due to her line of work in the medical industry. At this point we might just go in 2021. Funny part is she is allowed to go Vegas in August with no return issues. Until then its pontoon boating and wishful thinking. Yaw have fun be safe.

Cancelled Your Dates

I read that the restriction has been set at 30% capacity until June 15th. I am wondering about activities.....Has this changed bash? Can somebody who uses the kiddie vanilla site see if people are talking?

1500cc Ask and U shall receive,
Steve posted this on CCC

"Judging by the live video on FB tonight from Bash.

There aren't many people there (as to be expected with opening day and all the flight rescheduling and cancellations) but those that are have congregated together around several tables all in the same area.

You would, wouldn't you?

People don't go to Temptation to socially distance, and the resort knows that. "

This is killing us. We normally go in June for our anniversary (the 13th). Hating that we're missing out. We have to wait until August,

Thank you! We are in the process of booking but worry about capacity limits.

Dawn from the June Junkies group said that the hotel would have about 120 rooms occupied by Saturday.

Sometimes people are used to being the "Star of the Show". I guess that is important to some people. Sadly, when they are no longer the star, it can effect their attitudes. We saw this more than a few times and from more than a few people, during our two previous trips. We should all go to "be together", not to set ourselves apart. Looking forward to celebrating unity and community, when we return!

We've come across a few people over the years who need the show to go through them and caused segregation in the group at the resort. Thankfully, though, these people are few and far between.

We have friends down there who got there yesterday. We are awaiting the report this morning of what last night entailed and will be reporting in here

According to them it looks like 25% capacity and while its a little slow, “you can actually move around bash which is nice”.

they have also been told a lot more people are showing up today and tomorrow so I am waiting to see if it fills out to the 50% capacity mark.
