Cabo or Puerto Vallarta

Are there any resorts in Cabo or Puerto Vallarta that are similar to Temptations (Topless or Party atmosphere)? Or Desire ?
We're planning our next trip for March 2020.

I don't believe you will find any that have the party atmosphere or the topless acceptance. You may find a resort or two that have an adult only pool that allows topless … but our experience is that if you do it, you will definitely stand out in the crowd, and therefore, very few (and usually no one) will actually go topless.
