Have any of you done a day trip to Desire as a free pass? We've been wanting to check out Desire and hear that the hotel gives passes some times. We would love to try it.... Anyone have any info on this?

You can get a day or night time pass. The Mrs and I opted for the night time pass. A rep at TTR gave us the cash for the round trip taxi fare as well. We just had to sit through a 1-2hr timeshare presentation. If you do not go to the presentation you will be charged for your trip to desire .

What are the costs of the day or night passes? We're curious about checking it out but it really depends if it costs a lot.

You can get a free pass if you don’t mind sitting through a timeshare offer that last approx 1hr. But be warned that the timeshare personnel do not like to take no for an answer. They are in sales for a reason . You can also opt to miss/skip your scheduled timeshare presentation, but you will forfeit a set amount of money that you have to put up when you book your day/night pass. Hope this helps

Thanks! Yeah an hour of time in Cancun is just too precious, would rather just pay. Thanks for the reply.

Perfectly said. This is exactly right and was still the case during our visit last year and Mike's solo trip in February.
