Differences between Desire Pearl and Desire Riveria Maya

We have been to Temptations and have had a ball both times. We are now going to Desire - I would like to know if anyone can tell me the differences between the two resorts are? We are going to use one of our free Temptations week for 3 nights at Desire and would like to make the best pick.
