Penis sleeve

Has anyone ever used a penis sleeve here? I have a small penis so adding some size is nice but I am more interested in using it prevent cumming early. Would be interested in hearing the pros and cons of what people have experienced. Don’t think I’ll use on all the time but it might be nice for a change up.
